In-Person Public Comment
Public comment must be offered in person at the Board meeting.
Written Correspondence
Members of the public who wish to communicate with the Board in writing may email the Board at Board@cottonwoodk12.org. All correspondence will be emailed to the entire Board and the Superintendent.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Public comment is an opportunity for the Board to receive input from the community. We value your comments; however, the Board and staff do not respond to questions or engage in discussion with the public during public comment. If you would like a specific question answered or to discuss an issue, please contact the Board Clerk (Ann Buxton at ann.buxton@cottonwoodk12.org), and the appropriate Cottonwood representative will contact you.

If you would like to comment on an item on the agenda, you will have an opportunity to do so when we address that item later in the meeting. If you plan to speak to an item during this meeting, please fill out a green public comment card.

When making a comment, please come to the stand and introduce yourself. We appreciate hearing where you live. Individual comments are limited to two minutes per speaker, and each speaker may speak once during the public comment period.

The total time allocated for public comment will be limited to 30 minutes unless extended by the Board President or a majority of the Board.
