UPDATES:

We issued written notification to the City of Bethlehem that we are suspending the Easton Avenue Phase 1A project until further notice, and I met with the City officials via Zoom.
We extended the $1M Easton Avenue Phase 1A LSA Grant through June 30, 2027 to save the grant funding.
We services written notified to PennVEST rejecting the funding offers for Easton Avenue Phase 1A, and the Sculac Stream Restoration Project until our stormwater revenue source issue is resolved. At that time we will look to reapply for low interest state funding.
We services written notified to Stonewood Landscaping that we are terminating the contracts for the two awarded contracts, and are making final payment to close out the projects - on bill agenda.
Bethlehem Township BOC has issued a directive to their Accounting staff not make any payments to HRG for invoices received by the Authority.
All stormwater project work with HRG has now fully stopped, with maintaining only essential activity.
Received notice from the DCED that we were awarded a $350,000 LSA Grant toward the Farmersville Road culvert crossing project. With the grant funds and the Fields at Farmersville developer contribution of $300,000.00, the Authority will need to contribute approx $300,000.00 based on the HRG Engineers probable cost estimate, project schedule TBD.
