Welcome from Flint Hills Technical College

We appreciate your support of Flint Hills Technical College, and we welcome your presence at meetings of the FHTC Board of Trustees. The College uses Boardable, an online board meeting management system. This system helps us optimize our programs and operations and is a step toward one of our Strategic Goals under our Strategic Plan Area 3: Develop and implement systems we need to do long term-planning effectively. Boardable helps us keep the public better informed about College governance matters.

Boardable provides the public online access to the agendas and related documents of the monthly Board of Trustees meetings. The FHTC Board of Trustees meets at 4:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at 3301 W. 18th Ave in the Trusler Foundation Conference Center - Room C. The agenda will be posted by 12:00 pm on the Friday prior to the meeting. Special meetings may be called to conduct business that cannot be deferred to the next regular meeting.

The agenda and public meeting protocol are guided by Robert’s Rules of Order.

The Kansas Open Records Act (KORA), found at K.S.A. 45-215 et seq., is a state law ensuring public access to records maintained by public agencies. For all Kansas Open Records requests, please use: KORA@fhtc.edu. Your request will be responded to in a timely manner.
