Background and Analysis:

Attached is the Measure C Quarterly Project Detail Report for fiscal year 2025-26 third quarter (period ending March 31, 2025).

There are four main active projects within the program noted below with a combined total budget of $7,188,910, quarterly expenditures of $610,195, program to date expenditures of $4,764,597 and encumbrances of $1,292,663.
