Background and Analysis:

Attached are presentations outlining the current activity related to the following Measure G General Obligation Bond Projects.

Part 1 is an update on the recently completed electrification study and its impact on district-wide infrastructure, as well as specific current/proposed Measure G General Obligation Bond projects, presented by Joel Cadiz, Executive Director, Facilities and Operations.

Part 2 is an update on the results of the recent Housing Survey that was sent out to all students, faculty, and staff at both campuses. It has previously been reviewed with the senior management groups of both campuses, the Executive Leadership Team and the Affordable Housing Task Force, a subcommittee of the Chancellor’s Advisory Council. Ann Volz, President, and Ted Risher, Vice President from Volz Company will be presenting an overview of their findings.
