WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENTS
Members of the public, students, and staff who wish to address the Audit and Finance Committee regarding agenda items or items not on the agenda are encouraged to submit comments in advance to oconnortrena@fhda.edu. Please state "Public comment for Audit and Finance Committee meeting" in the subject line of the email message. Comments received by 11:00 a.m. on September 10, 2026, will be distributed to the Audit and Finance Committee members and posted to the public agenda. Any written comments received after 11:00 a.m. on September 10, 2026, will be distributed to the Audit and Finance Committee members following the meeting. Comments are limited to five minutes per person, and written comments should not exceed 750 words in order to comply with the time limit. Those who submit written comments in advance are asked to allow others the opportunity to speak during the meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENTS DURING THE MEETING
Members of the public who attend the meeting in person and wish to comment on agenda items or address the Audit and Finance Committee members regarding non-agenda items may do so by completing a request form prior to the start of public session at 3:00 p.m. Request forms are available at the meeting location and can be submitted to the recording secretary. Comments are limited to five minutes each. Pursuant to board policy, the Committee Chair may limit the total number of speakers addressing a particular subject and/or reduce the minutes allowed per person below five minutes.
