Background and Analysis:

Attached is the Measure C Quarterly Project Detail Report for fiscal year 2025-26 first quarter (period ending September 30, 2025).

There are three main active projects within the program noted below with a combined total budget of $6,331,485, quarterly expenditures of $826,688, program to date expenditures of $3,199,456, and encumbrances of $2,684,065.
