ISER turned in this summer.

Peer review team -(2 presidents, one faculty, one dean of institutional effectiveness and VP of finance) were provided a list of all online classes. 56 courses were randomly selected as the review sample.

The peer review team comes together for a training, identify their standard of focus and one or two are specifically looking at distance ed.

They had their training, have been reading the ISER and have now submitted a request for additional evidence. That is currently what is being worked on, specifically with intervention and struggling students. RSI is one area of additional evidence and an area that need to pass. Faculty with courses being reviewed were asked to provide evidence that wouldn't be visible by the review team who has different viewing access in the canvas shell.

Standard 1 - institutional effectiveness had questions

Standard 2 - student success needed no additional evidence

Standard 3 - infrastructure had two requests

Evidence is due October 12.

October 13 we will send a reminder email for the forum. (only virtual) executive team is excluded.
