Summary of Recommended Changes

Added legal referencesper CCLC template. Clarified that "anyother member of the campus community" should immediately reportincidents by following the procedures outlinedin AP 3435 Discrimination and Harassment Complaints and Procedures. Added "postdoctoral fellows" to list of people who the Chancellor or designee shall further establish procedures in order toprovide for the investigation and resolution of complaints. Added "postdoctoral fellows" to list of people who the district will publish and publicize this policy and related written procedures. Added unlawful descriptor regarding harassment, per CCLC template.
