Illness: A contagious illness that prevents in-person attendance.

Disability: A need related to a physical or mental disability that isn't otherwise accommodated.

Travel: Travel on official business for the legislative body or another state or local agency.

Conditions for "Emergency Circumstances" Exemptions

This exemption applies to a physical or family medical emergency that prevents a member from attending in person.
