July 21, 2026: Visions Retiree Health Benefits Trust Board Meeting (Regular Meeting)

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

NOTICE is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Visions In Education Retiree Health Benefits Trust (VIERT) Board of Directors has been called by Donna Glenn, Trustee, Board of Directors/Director of Human Resources, and will be held in person at 8:30 a.m. on July 21, 2026.

1. Meeting Access. This meeting will be held at 11931 Foundation Place, Gold River, CA 95670. 

2. Translation/Interpretation. Translation and interpretation services will be made available upon request with advance notice. If you wish to utilize these services, please notify the Assistant to the Superintendent and the VIERT Board of Directors at (916) 883-1626 or by e-mail (viert@viedu.org) at least two (2) working days in advance of the meeting. 

3. Disability Accommodations. Any individual who requires disability-related accommodations or modifications,  including auxiliary aids and services, in order to participate in the meeting should contact the Assistant to the Superintendent and the VIERT Board of Directors at (916) 883-1626 or by e-mail (viert@viedu.org) at least two (2) working days in advance of the meeting.

4. Public Comment. Members of the public who wish to make a live public comment may do so in person at the location listed above. The Board requests that you complete a Speaker Card and submit it to the Public Comments Moderator. Your name will be called under the appropriate agenda item or in the Public Comment section. Public comments are limited to the time allotted, as indicated by the Board Chairperson.

PLEASE NOTE: The Board cannot respond to individual comments or questions regarding items not on the agenda; however, the Board listens carefully to all public comments and appreciates community input and participation.
